Order:

We offer refunds for purchases. Please contact us immediately at info@coolclassy.com to initiate a refund for your order. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Payment:

We accept various forms of secure payment, including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, American Express, and others. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, an industry-leading provider integrated with the Webador platform to ensure safe transactions.

Refund:

Refunds are offered in the form of store credit or product exchanges only. Please note, for hygiene purposes, items such as shorts and swimwear are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and items must be returned in their original condition. If an item is not returned as received, any loss in value will be the buyer's responsibility. The return process may take up to 15–30 days to complete.

Taxes and Import Charges:

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to their order.

Delivery Estimate:

Estimated delivery time is 15–18 days. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs. However, we will diligently follow up with our suppliers to ensure the best possible service for our customers.
